WILLISTON, Vermont—Maine Course Hospitality Group announced the groundbreaking of a new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Williston, Vermont, a submarket of the greater Burlington area. This venture is a result of a collaborative effort between Maine Course Hospitality and Redstone VT Property Management, the property’s owner and developer.
The new TownePlace Suites by Marriott in Williston will offer travelers an extended-stay hotel with kitchens and suites. The hotel will have amenities including a fitness center, breakfast, guest laundry, and an outdoor space. The TownePlace Suites will be located in Finney Crossing just east of the Route 2/Route 2A intersection at the corner of Holland Lane and Market Street in the Taft Corners area of Williston. The TownePlace Suites will be the first new Marriott product in the greater Burlington area since 2010.

Maine Course Hospitality manages two additional properties with Redstone in the Williston and Burlington, VT markets.
Financing is being provided by Mascoma Bank. The project is expected to be completed by Spring of 2025.
