KENNEBUNKPORT, Maine—Maine‐based US Hotels announced the acquisition from the Carlyle Group of two boutique hotels to add to its portfolio across the Northeast of the United States. The new properties are: The Orchards in Williamstown, Mass. and The Centennial in Concord, NH.
