Sonder Holdings Inc. announced the appointment of Tom Buoy as executive vice president and chief commercial officer. Buoy resigned from Sonder’s Board of Directors and transitioned into the newly created position. Hotel Van Zandt in Austin, Texas, has appointed Christopher Guse as general manager. Guse joins the property from Sage Hospitality Group’s Sheraton Austin, where he served as general manager since 2021.
