CHICAGO—Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Concord Hospitality Enterprises, and Oxford Development Company announced the opening of Hyatt House Pittsburgh-South Side, the first HYATT house hotel in the city of Pittsburgh.

The opening of the hotel marks the first Hyatt-branded property opened by Oxford Development Company in Western Pennsylvania and the third Hyatt-branded hotel opened by Oxford in the past four years.

Hyatt House Pittsburgh-South Side offers 136 studio, one- and two-bedroom kitchen suites; free Wi-Fi access and remote printing services; complimentary full hot breakfast; more than 1,500 square feet of meeting and function space; a 24-hour workout room; guest laundry facilities; and and indoor pool and 6,000-square-foot outdoor patio. Kitchen suites will feature a full kitchen, living space, and bedroom. The hotel also offers a 24-hour guest market, plus complimentary grocery shopping available to the extended stay traveler.
