According to the latest U.S. Construction Pipeline Trend Report from Lodging Econometrics (LE), Hilton Worldwide has grown its number of pipeline projects by 26 percent in the last year and has 946 projects/111,436 rooms under development. Hilton’s top market is Houston with 37 projects. Next is Washington, D.C., with 24 projects where Hilton has a larger pipeline than all other franchise companies.
