Dallas-based G6 Hospitality offers travelers two economy brands—Motel 6 in the transient category and Studio 6 in extended stay. The company has a reputation for providing safe, clean, and attractively designed accommodations. Earlier this year, Jim Amorosia, who had been with G6 for 33 years and had served as CEO since 2011, announced his retirement. Rob Palleschi, G6 Hospitality chief development officer, was appointed to the position of interim president and CEO in April.
