Four Points by Sheraton Brand Debuts in Lima, Peru

STAMFORD, Conn.—Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide announced the debut of the Four Points by Sheraton brand in Peru with the new Four Points by Sheraton Miraflores owned by Top Rank Group and managed by Interamerican Promo Hotels. The 134-room hotel is located in Miraflores.

“We are delighted to mark the entry of the Four Points by Sheraton brand into Peru, one of the most dynamic travel markets in Latin America,” said Osvaldo Librizzi, co-president Starwood Hotels &and Resorts, Americas. “This opening is part of our continued expansion strategy in Latin America and reflects the rapid success that the brand has enjoyed in the region in recent years.”

Four Points by Sheraton Miraflores will feature the brand’s signature Four Comfort Bed and modern bathrooms with a separate walk-in shower. The hotel will also offer a 600-square-foot fitness center and a full-service restaurant named Umami serving Peruvian fusion cuisine, during breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as a lobby bar

To cater to business travellers, the property also offers meeting and event space, including 3,000 square feet distributed in eight meeting rooms and pre-function areas.
