PKF Consulting USA LLC has joined CBRE. According to CBRE, the acquisition of PKF Consulting USA and PKF Hospitality Research from FirstService Corp., parent company of Colliers International, significantly strengthens its objective of becoming the top global intermediary in hospitality services. With the addition of PKF, CBRE hotel group will grow to about 270 people in 44 offices worldwide, GlobeSt reports. The PKFC and PKF-HR teams will be fully integrated into CBRE’s hospitality related lines of business. Existing PKFC/PKF-HR leadership, David Arnold, Tom Callahan, and Mark Woodworth will maintain leadership roles working closely with Scott Biethan, CBRE’s head of Hospitality and Gaming Valuation and Advisory Services.
