NewcrestImage broke ground on its latest development: a custom built Holiday Inn Express, in Waco, Texas.
The property will be located in the mixed-use Legends Crossing development; a development which offers residents and visitors alike a broad range of attractions, including a seven-acre lake, walking trails, and shopping, wellness, and leisure options. Offering 119 rooms, the property will replace the existing Holiday Inn Express in Waco/Woodway, making it the only hotel in the area with the Holiday Inn Express flag. It will offer a range of services for guests, with an indoor pool, outdoor patio, and in-room amenities.
“The hotel will be a one-of-a-kind Holiday Inn Express, with a custom exterior façade, designed specifically for this market” said Yogi Patel, COO, Hotel Management. “We’re looking forward to developing this unique property.”
The property will compliment NewcrestImage’s three other hotels in Waco, and bolster their portfolio further in the region as a whole.
The hotel is slated to open in summer 2014.
