San Diego-based Bartell Hotels has purchased San Diego Airport Hilton Hotel on Harbor Island for $37.7 million, reports San Diego Business Journal Square Mile Capital Management LLC of New York sold the 211-room hotel.
The nine-story hotel features 9,000 square feet of meeting and banquet space and was renovated in the early 2000s, when it became part of Hilton Worldwide.
