ORLANDO, Fla.—WorldMark by Wyndham, one of Wyndham Vacation Ownership’s four primary consumer brands, announced the acquisition of 27 whole-ownership units and 196 fractional interests (collectively 59 whole units) at the Seventh Mountain Resort in Bend, Ore., from INNspired LLC. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Through a two-phase conversion process, the resort will be renovated into a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom condominium units. The renovations are anticipated to begin this fall and be complete in early 2014. Upon completion, the property will operate within the WorldMark, The Club portfolio.
“This acquisition gives us the opportunity to expand our presence in one of the most desirable vacation destinations on the West coast,” said Geoff Richards, chief operations officer, Wyndham Vacation Ownership. “We are pleased to acquire a property that will complement the six other WorldMark resorts in Oregon and we’re confident that our owners and guests will enjoy all that the resort has to offer.”

The Seventh Mountain Resort will be WorldMark’s seventh resort in Oregon.
