Sen. Steve Daines (R–Mont.) recently visited with Montana tourism leaders to discuss his proposed legislation tackling hotel booking scams. The state’s tourism is thriving, with 11.7 million visitors spending $3.66 billion in 2015. Booking scams accounted for $1.3 billion in lost bookings in the U.S. last year. Read more here.
