The offices of Lotte Group, the country’s fifth-largest conglomerate, were raided by South Korean prosecutors on Friday, along with several affiliates. The raid is dealing a further blow to its hotel unit’s planned IPO, billed as the world’s biggest this year. A Hotel Lotte spokesman said it was too soon to discuss changes in IPO plans.
