DUBAI, UAE—Hilton Worldwide is adding to its program of growth in Egypt following a major joint announcement with investor, Saudi Egyptian Real Estate Development, to introduce Hilton Cairo Nile Maadi, the company’s sixth property to Cairo. The 257-room, 23-story property, which is forecast to open early 2016, will feature a business center, a 400-square-meter function room, two boardrooms and three meeting rooms. Leisure facilities will include a health club and spa, an outdoor swimming pool,
