NAPLES, Fla.—The Ritz-Carlton, Naples is announcing a summer 2013 refurbishment, the first of its kind in the resort’s 27-year history. SAINT LOUIS—St. Louis-based hotel owner, operator, and developer, Midas Hospitality announced the development and management of a new Residence Inn by Marriott in Dublin, Ohio. The hotel is scheduled to break ground in the third quarter of 2013. Midas Hospitality has already begun to clear the site where an abandoned hotel existed. The $13 million, 4-story project will include 100-suites, an indoor pool, sport court, outdoor social area, and 500 square feet of meeting space.
