Hotels Still Struggling with Direct Booking

    This morning, CBRE Hotels’ Americas Research released its 2017 edition of Trends in the Hotel Industry. The report indicated that even though U.S. hotels became financially smarter last year, hoteliers paid more to travel agents and online travel agencies.
