Hotels Spend More To Attract Guests

    A study by Kalibri Labs found that hotels are paying on average 16 to 18 percent to acquire new customers. The study researched 25,000 hotels from independent, large brands, and small brands around the U.S. Data was collected over a 12 month period ending in June 2016 and saw increases in all revenue sectors.
