Benjamin Rafter, president and CEO of Aqua Hospitality since 2008, will take on the dual role of president of Aston Hotels & Resorts. Vacation Holdings Hawaii, owner of Aston Hotels & Resorts and a subsidiary of Miami-based Interval Leisure Group, bought Honolulu-based Aqua Hospitality in December 2013. Rafter will continue to report to Vacation Holdings Hawaii President Kelvin Bloom. Matt Bailey, who joined Aston earlier this year as chief operating officer, has been named COO of Aqua.
