U.S. Resorts Spark Investor Interest

U.S. resort transaction volume totaled $6.1 billion in 2013, which included $1.3 billion of investment by off-shore capital. The combination of strong operating fundamentals, a constrained development pipeline, and improving debt markets make the U.S. resort sector attractive to investors, according to JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group Americas.
