U.S., Cuba Agree to Resuming Commercial Flights

    The United States and Cuba have reached an agreement to allow commercial flights between the two countries, the State Department announced today. Americans still cannot travel to Cuba for tourism, but this deal will allow travel choices to be enhanced and promote a stronger economic link between the two countries. The deal was finalized Wednesday night. It has not yet been announced when flights will begin.
