Accor announced the appointment of Alexandra Withers as chief commercial officer of its Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and Raffles Hotels & Resorts brands. Withers joins from Highgate Hotels, where she served as executive vice president, head of marketing. She brings over 15 years of experience in global sales, marketing, revenue, and distribution strategies.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the appointment of Maria Zarraluqui as senior vice president, global Hyatt Inclusive Collection growth and owner relations. Zarraluqui will focus on asset-light growth strategies, resort development and repositioning, and the cultivation of strategic relationships to support the long-term expansion of Hyatt’s all-inclusive portfolio. Most recently serving as vice president of global development at Meliá Hotels International, Zarraluqui brings more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry.

The Leading Hotels of the World announced the appointment of Dean Bannon as vice president, member success and development. Formerly Managing Director, EMEA, Bannon will relocate from London to New York and assume expanded global responsibilities as of January 2026. In this newly elevated role, Bannon will lead LHW’s global member relationship management teams, overseeing member success and membership development across the portfolio.

Mandarin Oriental announced the appointment of Paul Jackson as general manager of Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, and area vice president, operations, overseeing Mandarin Oriental properties in Hong Kong, Macau, Tokyo, and the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Manila, Makati. With more than three decades of experience in luxury hospitality, Jackson has held senior leadership roles across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and China. His career includes positions at Grand InterContinental Seoul and The Ritz Hotel London.

L’Auberge de Sedona announced the appointment of Kevin Pickard as general manager. Pickard brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to the role and will oversee all operations of the resort. He joins L’Auberge de Sedona from The Lindy Renaissance Charleston in South Carolina and Atlanta Marriott Alpharetta in Georgia, two Aimbridge Hospitality–managed properties, where he served as dual general manager since 2023.

Atlantis Paradise Island announced the appointment of Saurabh Mishra as senior vice president and general manager of The Cove and The Reef. Mishra brings more than 20 years of experience to the role. In his new position, Mishra will focus on elevating personalized guest journeys, enhancing service and operations, fostering team development, and driving sustained performance. Mishra joins Atlantis Paradise Island following his tenure at Galaxy Macau, where he served for more than six years as assistant senior vice president, hotel operations.

The Hiltons of Chicago Sales & Marketing Complex, representing Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, Hilton Chicago, and The Drake Hotel, announced the promotion of Alison Wallace to complex area director of sales and marketing. Wallace brings nearly 30 years of experience to the role. As complex area director of sales and marketing, Alison will oversee the commercial performance and strategic direction for Palmer House, a Hilton Hotel, Hilton Chicago, and The Drake Hotel, leading sales and marketing initiatives across the complex.

Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa announced the promotion of Teresa Higa to director of group & leisure sales. In this expanded role, Higa will lead the resort’s group sales efforts. Higa joined Hyatt Regency Maui Resort and Spa in 2021 as director of leisure sales, bringing extensive experience across group and leisure sales, market development, and revenue growth within the Hawaii hospitality landscape. Before joining the resort, she spent nearly seven years at Andaz Maui.

Concord Hospitality announced the appointment of Robert Hannigan as the general manager of The Beckworth. Hannigan has successfully opened several notable hotels, including The Shane Hotel and The Goodland. In his new role, Hannigan is working closely with project partners and overseeing the hotel’s operational preparations. Additionally, Hannigan will recruit and build a team of associates who will undergo extensive training in preparation for the hotel’s 2026 opening. 

Alila Mayakoba announced the appointment of Patrick Schori as general manager. In this role, he will oversee all aspects of the resort’s operations. Schori brings more than 15 years of international hospitality experience spanning Asia, Europe, and Latin America. Most recently, he served as general manager of Andaz Peninsula Papagayo Resort in Costa Rica.

Sofitel New York announced the appointment of Andrea Puizina as director of sales and marketing. Puizina brings more than 19 years of international experience to the role. She will oversee all sales and marketing initiatives for the 398-room hotel. Puizina has worked with hospitality brands such as Virgin Hotels, Meliá, Rocco Forte, and more.

ADERO Scottsdale Resort, Autograph Collection, announced the appointment of Ginger Gibson as director of sales. In her new role, Gibson is responsible for expanding ADERO Scottsdale Resort’s reach across group, transient, and catering segments. Gibson brings more than two decades of experience; most recently, Gibson served as director of sales & marketing at the Sheraton Edison in Edison, New Jersey.

Velas Resorts announced the promotion of Melissa Arreola to senior regional sales director for the Northeast United States. Arreola has 15 years of experience and joined Velas Reosrts in 2014. In her expanded role, Arreola will lead strategic initiatives to deepen Velas Resorts’ presence throughout the Northeast U.S.

Henderson Beach Resort announced the appointment of David Lim as director of food & beverage. Lim brings more than a decade of experience to the role. His background includes leadership roles at The Darcy Hotel in Washington, D.C., Naples Grande Resort in Florida, Gaylord Opryland Resort, and, most recently, Horseshoe Bay Resort in Texas. At Henderson Beach Resort, Lim will oversee all food and beverage operations.

Hotel Emma announced the appointment of John Brand as vice president of culinary. In this role, Brand will lead the culinary vision and hospitality strategy across restaurant, bar, and event operations within Emma Hospitality Group (EHG). He most recently served as director of culinary endeavors at Potluck.

Hotel Dax announced the appointment of Dustin Lee as executive chef. Lee has already begun working with the four restaurants on property, including American bistro Top Brass, lobby-based Bar Dax, outdoor pool lounge Low Key, and Brewed, operated by the popular local coffee brand. Lee will also oversee in-room dining and catering at Hotel Dax. He was the chef-owner behind Beast and Company in Fort Worth, and he recently led the food and beverage program at the Hilton College Station Hotel and Convention Center.

Tempo by Hilton Times Square announced the appointment of Desmond Lim as chef de cuisine at the hotel’s onsite cocktail lounge and restaurant, Highball. In his new role, Desmond will oversee back-of-the-house operations. Lim brings more than 25 years of experience to the role; he has overseen F&B operations at multiple properties, including Trump SoHo Hotel and New York Marriott Marquis, and most recently served as executive sous chef at Andaz Fifth Avenue.

Apiary Hotel Belleview Station announced the appointment of Elysse Altamirano as food and beverage director. Altamirano will oversee Apiary’s dining concepts, Keepers Cocktail Lounge, and June Gap Market and Café. Altamirano has extensive experience in food and beverage operations, financial performance, and guest experience, previously serving as director of food and beverage operations at The Art Hotel and as the director of banquets at the Browne Palace Hotel & Spa.

The Resort at Pelican Hill announced the appointment of Pedro Almeida as executive chef. Almeida brings more than two decades of experience to the resort’s culinary program; he most recently served as executive chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Portland. He previously spent over a decade at Penha Longa Resort, where he oversaw nine restaurants.

Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia announced the appointment of Richard Hinojosa as executive chef. In this role, he will oversee the resort’s culinary program across its four dining outlets. Hinojosa brings more than 25 years of experience; he has held leadership roles at Mary Elaine’s at The Phoenician, Hotel Jerome in Aspen, The Westin Maui Resort & Spa, and Wigwam Resort & Spa. Most recently, he owned and operated the Arcadia-based concept CRUjiente Tacos.

Grand Hotel Fasano announced the appointment of Valerio Dallamano as executive chef of Magnolia and Il Pescatore Restaurants. In this role, Chef Dallamano will oversee and curate the culinary direction for both dining venues, as well as contribute to the hotel’s broader culinary programming. Dallamano previously trained in kitchens in Italy and Europe alongside chefs Arnould Bignon, Massimiliano Alajmo, and Emanuele Scarello.

TLEE Spas + Wellness announced the appointment of Jeanine Allpress-Cliffe as vice president. In this newly appointed leadership role, Allpress-Cliffe will help guide the firm’s growth, client partnerships, and global wellness vision. Allpress-Cliffe joins TLEE Spas following more than 20 years with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where she built a global career in luxury hospitality, sales leadership, and experience strategy.

Red Roof announced the appointment of Tim Lipka as senior vice president of operations. Lipka joins Red Roof with over a decade of brand leadership experience, most recently at G6 Hospitality, as vice president of brand performance. He previously spent over 25 years working in operations roles in the hospitality and food industries. Red Roof also announced that Shanna Wright has been promoted to senior vice president of commercial strategy. She previously served as vice president of distribution services at Red Roof. 

JLL announced the appointment of David Kristjanson as global life sciences industry lead for Project and Development Services (PDS). In this role, he will shape JLL’s global life sciences strategy. Kristjanson brings over 25 years of leadership experience to the role. Most recently, he served as managing director and global sector lead for life sciences at Turner & Townsend/CBRE.

Mauna Kea Beach Hotel announced the appointment of Psalm Quinn as spa director. Quinn brings more than 25 years of luxury spa and hospitality leadership to her new role. Quinn joins The Spa at Mauna Kea following her most recent role overseeing spa and wellness operations at Auberge Spa at Mauna Lani, Auberge Collection. As spa director, Quinn will oversee all spa operations at Mauna Kea Beach Hotel’s newly built spa.

Charlestowne Hotels announced the appointments of Robert “Ed” Manning as director of operations, Kimber Lakes as director of sales, and Mark Buot as director of food & beverage. Manning will oversee day-to-day operations across Charlestowne’s portfolio, focusing on performance optimization. He brings extensive experience, with time spent in senior leadership roles at Two Roads Hospitality and Interstate Hotels & Resorts. Lakes will lead portfolio-wide sales strategy and support property teams in driving revenue and market share. Her background includes senior revenue and operations roles. Buot will advance Charlestowne’s culinary and beverage programs with a focus on profitability, execution, and experience-driven differentiation. He brings more than 15 years of F&B leadership experience, including senior roles with Park Hyatt Chicago, Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago, and several Marriott- and Hilton-branded properties.

Concord Hospitality announced the hiring of Mark Fraioli as senior vice president of business development, along with two internal promotions. Together, the appointments double the size of Concord’s business development team. Fraioli, who brings more than 20 years of experience to the role, will support Concord’s targeted growth strategy, focusing on development and third-party management opportunities in the western United States. Helene Okabe, who has been with Concord Hospitality for more than a decade, has been promoted to senior vice president of business development, and Matthew McCarthy has been promoted to senior director of feasibility.

Palette Hotels announced that the company has promoted Greg Presnol to executive vice president of operations and Amanda Frank to senior vice president of commercial strategy. The company also announced the promotions of Justin Rodgers to regional vice president of operations and Jason Allan to senior regional director of operations.

HHM Hotels announced the appointments of Luke Callinan as senior vice president of investments and Alexandra Lalos Church as senior vice president of business development. Read more.

Baillie Lodges and Tierra Hotels announced key senior management appointments. Stephen Marshall has been appointed vice president, global sales for Baillie Lodges and Tierra Hotels. Also joining the organization’s senior leadership team in Denver this month is Zach Sennett, who has been appointed vice president, operations—Americas. The company has also announced new appointments for the development team. Chief Financial Officer Alex Cameron will now oversee the development and capital expenditure teams, with his title updated to chief financial and development officer. The development team has been further bolstered by three experienced hires in Brendan Russo, who joins as vice president, strategic capital, and Rishi Kejriwal, who joins as director, M&A and strategy, as well as former CEO Michael Moret-Lalli, who has transitioned to a new role as senior M&A advisor.

Inn-Flow announced the appointments of Lee Bridges as chief product officer and Daniel Scagnelli as senior vice president of customer experience. Bridges will lead Inn-Flow’s product strategy, innovation roadmap, and execution across its platform. He brings nearly 15 years of experience building and scaling customer-centric SaaS products. Most recently, Bridges served as vice president of product at XOi. Scagnelli will oversee all post-sale customer lifecycle teams. He joins the company with more than 15 years of leadership experience. Most recently, Scagnelli spent over seven years at Spreedly, where he held multiple senior leadership roles, including vice president of services and success and senior vice president of business operations.

JW Marriott Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa announced the appointments of Tesha Mascarenhas as director of operations, Rashad K. Brown as director of restaurant operations, and Nicholas Plys as director of recreation. Mascarenhas brings over 19 years of experience to the role; she joins the resort following her tenure as resident manager at JW Marriott Bonnet Creek. Brown has more than 20 years of experience; he most recently served as assistant director of food & beverage at JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes. Plys previously worked at JW Marriott Tampa Water Street. He now oversees the resort’s pool operations, fitness programming, and the JW Kids Club.

The Compton announced several appointments to its sales team following the hotel’s recent opening. Emily Reynolds has been appointed as director of sales and marketing; Amber Tull has been named director of catering and events; Bethany Stewart has been appointed as senior sales manager; Kelsey McIntyre has been named sales manager; Arianna Evans has been appointed as conference services manager; Rebecca Longtin has been named executive sales coordinator; and Songmin Han has been appointed as sales coordinator.
