Millennium Hotels and Resorts announced the appointment of Cinn Tan as chief commercial officer. Cinn brings more than three decades of international hospitality experience across Asia Pacific, China, Europe, and the United States. Before joining MHR in January 2026, Cinn served as chief commercial and marketing officer at Pan Pacific Hotels Group. In her new role, Tan leads MHR’s global commercial strategy, overseeing branding, marketing, loyalty, sales, distribution, revenue management, and digital platforms.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced that Julienne Smith has been appointed head of Americas growth, where she will lead Hyatt’s brand portfolio expansion across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean. Read more.

Marriott International announced that Federico Greppi has assumed the role of president for the Caribbean and Latin America (CALA). Greppi succeeds Brian King, who is retiring after a 34-year career. Having most recently served as chief operations officer for CALA, and previously as chief financial officer and head of franchise operations and owner relations in the region, Greppi has played a key role in driving the region’s growth to more than 500 properties.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the appointment of Vikas Chawla in the newly created senior role of president—India & Southwest Asia to lead the business in the region. Chawla, who has 30 years of leadership experience, will report to David Udell, group president, Asia Pacific at Hyatt. He will lead Hyatt’s overall strategy, growth, and performance in India and Southwest Asia.

WorldHotels announced the appointment of Jennifer Parks as vice president of development. In this role, Parks will lead development efforts across the North American region for the BWH Hotels-owned brand. Parks brings more than 20 years of experience across hospitality and travel, most recently serving as vice president of development and communications at Curator Hotel & Resort Collection.

Hotel ZaZa, a collection of four distinctive luxury properties across Dallas, Houston, and Austin, announced the appointment of Patrick Fisher as president. Fisher will oversee hotel operations, brand strategy, and future growth initiatives as the brand enters its next phase following a 2024 acquisition by Rockbridge Holdings. Fisher joins Hotel ZaZa from the Ian Schrager Company, where he most recently served as chief operating officer.

Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi announced that it has named TJ Joulak as managing director, effective March 2026. In his new role, Joulak will continue to oversee all aspects of the resort’s operations and strategic direction.

Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort announced the appointment of Tetsuji “Tets” Yamazaki as general manager. Yamazaki joins Sheraton Waikiki following a 15‑year tenure as general manager of Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa in Kaanapali. Yamazaki brings nearly three decades of hospitality experience to his new role. Before Sheraton Maui, he served as general manager of the former Sheraton Keauhou Bay Resort & Spa.

Hyatt Regency Lake Washington announced the appointment of Rachel Smith as director of operations. In her role, Smith is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the hotel’s rooms and food and beverage departments. Smith brings nearly 18 years of experience with Hyatt. Throughout her career, Smith has held roles at several notable Hyatt properties, including Hyatt Regency Bellevue, Grand Hyatt San Francisco, Grand Hyatt Seattle, and Hyatt Regency Dallas, among others.

InterContinental La Sagesse announced the appointment of George Vlachopoulos as general manager. At InterContinental La Sagesse, Vlachopoulos is focused on pre-opening execution, including senior leadership recruitment, operational planning, and implementation of brand standards ahead of launch. Vlachopoulos also currently oversees Six Senses La Sagesse, in addition to InterContinental La Sagesse.

Hard Rock Hotel New York announced the appointment of Jeannine Graham as director of sales and marketing. In her new role, Graham will oversee the hotel’s sales and marketing strategy. Graham previously served on the reopening team for The Peninsula New York, and she held senior leadership roles at The Ritz-Carlton Boston, The Peninsula Beverly Hills, and Hotel Bel-Air. Most recently, she served as director of sales and marketing for Grayson Hotel, where she was part of the opening team.

Stonebridge announced that Skip Adams has joined the company as vice president of food & beverage. In this role, Adams will lead the strategic direction and operational performance of food and beverage programs across Stonebridge’s portfolio. Adams brings nearly three decades of hospitality leadership experience; he has held multiple general manager roles. Earlier in his career, Adams held senior leadership roles at Atrium Hospitality and Aimbridge Hospitality.

L’Auberge de Sedona announced the appointment of Drew Anderson as director of food & beverage. Anderson has two decades of management experience, and he now leads all culinary operations for L’Auberge de Sedona. Anderson joined L’Auberge de Sedona from Brush Creek Luxury Ranch Collection. Most recently, he served for more than two years as director of food & beverage.

The Newbury Boston announced the appointment of Robert Angelo Jr. as executive chef. In this role, Angelo will lead The Newbury’s culinary team and oversee all aspects of the hotel’s food and beverage production. Angelo brings more than 20 years of culinary experience to his new position at The Newbury, having most recently served as both executive chef and director of food and beverage at the Mandarin Oriental, Boston.

Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort, Spa, and Casino announced the appointment of David Campbell as executive pastry chef. In his new role, Campbell will lead the resort’s pastry program. Campbell brings more than three decades of international pastry experience to the resort. Throughout his career, he has worked across the Caribbean, the United States, Macao, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Taiwan, France, Kazakhstan, and Abu Dhabi.

Hyatt Regency Jacksonville Riverfront announced Becky Smith as associate director of events. In her new role, Smith will oversee the planning and execution of events. She will lead the team in planning and executing large-scale conventions and social events and oversee the hotel’s Specialized Event Concierge Team.

Noble Investment Group announced the promotion of seven professionals across its asset management, design and development, capital markets, and client solutions teams. Jeff Pennington has been promoted to vice president on Noble’s Financial Planning & Analysis team; Denise Kauble has been promoted to vice president on Noble’s Asset Management team; Owen Berry has been promoted to senior director of predevelopment on Noble’s Design and Development team; Dewitt Lovelace has been promoted to project director on Noble’s Design and Development team; David Lesorgen has been promoted to associate on Noble’s Financial Planning & Analysis team; Erin Sheppard has been promoted to associate on Noble’s Client Solutions team; and Shivansh Anand has been promoted to senior analyst on Noble’s Capital Markets team.

Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa announced the appointments of Raphael Malcolm as director of sales & marketing, Lanakila Graves as director of operations, and Ashley Castillo as director of restaurants and bars.
