Mike Leone has joined the Board of Directors for the American Hotel & Lodging Association (AHLA). Leone is currently the chief commercial officer for PSAV, a global event experiences and advanced technology company.

Here’s a look at other notable comings and goings that took place this week.

Aimbridge Hospitality has named Natalie White executive vice president of marketing. White will lead all marketing efforts for the hotel investment and management firm, as well as assist in creating growth strategies. Before Aimbridge Hospitality, White owned a marketing and consulting firm.

Ross Greenman is now vice president/general counsel for KSL Resorts, and his responsibilities include all legal matter for within the company, as well as developments and acquisitions. Prior to KSL Resorts, Greenman was general counsel and vice president of business development for Vista Investments.

Management company PM Hotel Group is growing its leadership team by adding Nate Pinkowski vice president of revenue management and Tina Meredith vice president of portfolio management and revenue strategies. While Meredith is returning to PM Hotel Management, Pinkowski comes to the company from Crescent Hotels & Resorts.

Jill Burke has been promoted to vice president of franchise services for Choice Hotels International. Burke is responsible for leading area directors and owner satisfaction in the central United States. Her most recent position with Choice was regional area director after joining Choice in 2013 as an area director.

Joelle Shearin is both general manager and president of the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Lake Tahoe, where she will be responsible for gaming operations and guest satisfaction. Before Hard Rock, Shearin was vice president and general manager for the Argosy Casino Alton and the first female general manager for Penn National Gaming.

Scott Sloan is general manager of Saint Kate, an independent property opening this spring in Milwaukee, Wis. Sloan will manage pre-opening and opening operations, restaurant functions, and team members. Prior to Saint Kate, he spent 13 years with Sage Hospitality Resources and was most recently general manager of The Elizabeth Hotel, an Autograph Collection property.

Grace Bay Resorts is welcoming Robert Eastman to the newly-created role of director of private villas and key accounts for its 6 private residences. Eastman has 30 years of experience in the private rental sector. He was most recently was head of national accounts for Onefinestay and also worked for the American Express Vacations segment.

Alexander Schnoeller is food and beverage director of the JW Marriott Nashville. Schnoeller will manage the property’s restaurant outlets, including Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina, Stompin’ Grounds Restaurant & Market, and Cumberland Bar. His responsibilities also include in-room dining and catering services.

Lore Group has appointed Kasia Bronisz director of sales and marketing for the Riggs Washington, D.C., opening in late 2019. Bronisz will lead all sales and marketing efforts for the hotel as it becomes the first Lore Group property in the United States, and she will also generate strategies to grow hotel occupancy and revenue.

Aaron Garsombke is now director of recreation for Resort at Squaw Creek. Garsombke is growing the winter recreational program, food and beverage outlets, and guest experiences for the hotel.

Jessica Gitto has been promoted to national account manager for Western Specialty Contractors. She was previously marketing/assistant national account manager for the company. Gitto will be helping the company to establish relationships with potential customers and collaborate with other branches to make operations easier.

Javier Egipciaco has been promoted to senior vice president for Arlo Hotels, and he will be keeping his current position of managing director as the brand beings to expand. Additionally, Manya duHoffmann has been added to the Arlo Hotels’ executive team to help grow the portfolio as vice president of sales and marketing.

Two Benchmark Resorts & Hotels have named three executives to new titles. The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark in Monticello, N.Y., is welcoming David Kohlasch as general manager and Dan Paradiso as director of sales and marketing. Turtle Bay Resort in Oahu, Hai., has named Andrew Spinelli director of food and beverage.

INTELITY, a guest engagement and staff management platform, has named Erynn Torrenga senior vice president of sales, east, and Benjamin Keller senior vice president of sales, west. In addition, Young Lee has been named vice president of finance. The executives will work together to grow revenue strategies for the company.
