Roedel Companies Open Doors To New Holiday Inn Express & Suites

MERRIMACK, N.H.—New Hampshire-based hotel owner/operators Roedel Companies has opened a new Holiday Inn Express & Suites on Amherst Street. The former Fairfield Inn has undergone a multi-million dollar renovation. The hotel features 100 guestrooms and suites, expanded business center, free wireless high‐speed internet, and a new fitness center.

The property’s redesign consisted of a spacious new lobby and fitness facility. Guestrooms and bathrooms have also been remodeled with new fixtures, décor, and furniture. The building’s traditional New England exterior has been preserved, while new landscaping and a portico have been added to enhance its façade.

Partner of Roedel Companies, David Roedel explained that the architectural and design improvements made to the property have resulted in a completely revitalized hotel. “Our team wanted to give the existing hotel a complete makeover from top to bottom,” stated Roedel. “Using our extensive experience in the industry and implementing our ‘Hotels. Done Right’ approach, we were able to maximize every dollar invested in this project to give our guests a new option in Merrimack with great value.”

The developer, Roedel Companies, utilized its subsidiary companies to complete the renovations and manage the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. ROK Builders, the wholly-owned hotel construction management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, oversaw the renovation. RGH Hospitality, the hotel management subsidiary of Roedel Companies, will run the Holiday Inn Express & Suites on behalf of the ownership. Other companies partnered with the project were RSJ Associates for interior design and procurement services and Group One Architecture.
