While still experiencing growth, the franchise job market experienced soft gains in May, according to the latest ADP National Franchise Report.
The United States added 14,700 franchise jobs in May, with the accommodations sector rising by 600, slightly lower than its April growth of 1,400 jobs.
Overall, national employment added 201,000 jobs in May, according to ADP’s National Employment Report. Per the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate held steady at 5.4 percent.
