Hotel BPM Brooklyn Officially Opens For Business

BROOKLYN, N.Y.—The music driven luxury hotel, Hotel BPM by DJ BIJAL, named for the music term referring to the pace count of a song, “beats per minute,” is officially open for business in Brooklyn. The boutique style property offers 76 guestrooms, environmentally conscious amenities, and a soundtrack streaming throughout its public areas and guests rooms compiled and managed by DJ BIJAL himself.

The DJ BIJAL designed “Sound Sleeper” mattress, created exclusively for Hotel BPM and dressed with Frette linens, is the centerpiece of the rooms, which features bathrooms outfitted in Porcelanosa tiles, rainfall showers, iHome Clocks, and energy-conserving thermostats with modes that adjust based on room occupancy. Rounding out the amenities are a 37-inch Vizeo Smart LED HDTV’s with built in complimentary WiFi allowing guests access to Netflix, Pandora, and Hulu, a mini-bar, and personal Keurig coffeemakers.

The hotel’s lounge area is equipped with tables, banquette seatin,g and free Wi-Fi, with hot breakfast and welcome cocktails served daily. Additionally, room service is available upon request. Additionally, the hotel lobby will feature live deejay performances each Friday and Saturday, which the hotel dubs “DJs Rule The World Nights.” Each of the deejays will spin clean music and one live recorded set of each will be available for streaming on Hotel BPM’s website.

The hotel will mark its official opening with a ribbon-cutting event today.
