ZHONGSHAN, GUANGDONG PROVINCE, China—Hilton Hotels & Resorts announced the opening of its newest property in the Pearl River Delta – Hilton Zhongshan Downtown. Operated by Hilton Worldwide and owned by The Lihe Group, the property is located in Zhongshan’s central business district. The hotel features 459 guestrooms including 34 suites, a variety of restaurants and bars, two ballrooms, as well as meeting facilities and a recreation center. The hotel is part of Lihe Plaza—a multi-functional commercial, residential, retail and entertainment complex

The hotel’s guestrooms offer work spaces, wireless internet access, Peter Thomas Roth toiletries, free-standing tubs in deluxe rooms and sunken tubs in executive rooms,. Wireless internet access will also be available in the building’s public areas.
Recreational facilities include a 25-meter heated, indoor swimming pool, a professional tennis court, and a 24-hour fitness center equipped with a yoga and aerobics room, whirlpool, and sauna. The hotel also offers a full-service spa.
Hilton Zhongshan Downtown features 3,600 square meters of conference and banquet space, including two grand ballrooms and eight multi-functional rooms, all of which have large windows that let in natural light. The 1,323-square meter Grand Ballroom 1 features an eight-meter ceiling and can accommodate up to 1,200 guests in style. The second Grand Ballroom totals 921 square meters and can be divided into two separate rooms. The hotel’s business center provides full business facilities and services to meet guests’ business needs, including computers, copy machines, printers, printing services, telephones, and postal services. The Connectivity Station provides guests with 24-hour access to computer and printing services.
The hotel also features a variety of restaurants and bars including restaurant 360°; My China; Il Ponte; Horizon Bar & Lounge, ; and the lobby bar, T Lounge & Bar.
