Hilton Grand Vacations Establishes Brand Presence in Park City, Utah

ORLANDO, Fla.—Hilton Grand Vacations (“HGV”) today announced plans to open Sunrise Lodge, a Hilton Grand Vacations Club within the Canyons Resort in Park City, Utah as ski season begins this November. Sunrise Lodge will offer a vacation experience for HGV timeshare owners and guests. Earlier this month, HGV was selected by developer Resort Finance America to manage the property and to provide timeshare sales and marketing services.

November 21 marks the official opening date of the 83-unit Sunrise Lodge, enabling guests to be among the first to hit the slopes at Canyons Resort, slated to open for the season on November 23. According to Hilton Grand Vacations President Mark Wang, “Park City is an absolutely spectacular destination and the ideal place for a new Hilton Grand Vacations Club resort. It is our privilege to launch Hilton’s timeshare brand in Utah with the debut of Sunrise Lodge. HGV’s selection to bring this gorgeous property to life is a testament to the quality of the vacation experiences we deliver and a reflection of our commitment to innovative brand expansion.”

As the newest ski property in Park City, Sunrise Lodge will offer ski-in access to the Canyons Resort. Reminiscent of a European mountain retreat, Sunrise Lodge features native mountain stonework and timber frame design. The property offers studios as well as one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom suites complete with living areas and kitchens; outdoor heated pools and whirlpool spas, fitness facilities, and onsite ski equipment rental, complimentary high-speed internet, as well as complimentary year-round shuttle service within Park City.

All future deeded real estate interests sold at Sunrise Lodge will include membership in Hilton Grand Vacations Club, providing owners with distinctive global travel advantages and membership in the renowned Hilton HHonors guest loyalty program featuring more than 3,900 locations in 91 countries across ten leading brands worldwide.
