Hilton Garden Inn Opens in Queretaro, Mexico

QUERETARO, Mexico—Hilton Worldwide announced the opening of the new-build 102-room Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Queretaro. The upscale property in the capital of Queretaro is the brand’s third hotel in Mexico, and the company’s 30th in the country.

“As we continue growing throughout Latin America, Mexico plays a major role in our expansion efforts as one of the region’s largest and most important economies,” said Danny Hughes, senior vice president, Caribbean, Mexico and Latin America, Hilton Worldwide. “The opening of Hilton Garden Inn Queretaro serves as an example of how our portfolio of brands is welcoming both business and leisure travelers to new and emerging destinations.”

The seven-story Hilton Garden Inn Queretaro reveals a modern design concept with vibrant colors and wooden elements. The hotel features 102 guestrooms with 42″ LCD high-definition televisions, complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access, easy-to-set alarm clocks with MP3 connectivity, work desks, and a “hospitality center” that features a mini refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Dining options include the full service Garden Grille & Bar offering cooked-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner, the 24-hour Pavilion Pantry shop, and evening room service. Nearly 1,800 square feet of meeting space, 24-hour business center, outdoor swimming pool and complimentary 24-hour fitness center by Precor complete the amenities at the property.

“As Queretaro is one of the fastest growing cities in Mexico, we are delighted to expand our portfolio into this region of the globe,” said Adrian Kurre, global head, Hilton Garden Inn. “We look forward to welcoming travelers to this region of Mexico, and to being their first choice when seeking upscale and affordable accommodation.”
