MCLEAN, Va.—Hilton Worldwide and DoubleTree by Hilton today announced the opening of the DoubleTree by Hilton Largo – Washington D.C. The hotel opens following a complete transformation of the former Radisson hotel, and debuts a total redesign of the lobby, public and recreation areas, room upgrades, reconfigured meeting area, and revamped restaurant and bar concepts. The hotel is located just off the I-495 Beltway next to Woodmore Town Center and near the University of Maryland, and within close proximity to Baltimore/Washington International Airport (26 miles), Washington National Airport (16 miles), and Washington Dulles International Airport (43 miles). Less than one mile away is FedEx Field – home of the Washington Redskins, and other nearby attractions are a short drive or metro ride away. DoubleTree by Hilton Largo – Washington D.C. is owned by Frontier Development & Hospitality Group and managed by Crescent Hotels & Resorts.

“As the only upscale, full-service hotel serving Largo, and offering convenient access to key businesses and tourist destinations in the Capital Region, DoubleTree by Hilton Largo – Washington D.C. is a tremendous addition to our rapidly-expanding global portfolio,” said John Greenleaf, global head, DoubleTree by Hilton.

The six-story DoubleTree by Hilton Largo – Washington D.C. features a spacious, open lobby and contemporary design updates throughout its public areas and guestrooms. Soft earth tones complement the design. The hotel’s 184 guestrooms feature modern updates and panoramic views of the Largo landscape.
