Brexit Raises Questions for U.K. Hospitality and Travel

    Ahead of tomorrow’s vote in the referendum that will decide whether the United Kingdom will remain part of the European Union, commonly known as Brexit, the hospitality industry is considering the results’ impact. According to research carried out by Elavon Financial Services that polled 500 frequent business travelers across the United Kingdom, 30 percent said they felt uncertain about the prospect of Brexit from the perspective of regular travelers. One in four polled said they were concerned they would need to spend longer applying for visas to enter countries before making trips, and one in five said they were worried about passport control delays.
