Bellagio Introduces Organic Cold-Pressed Juice Program

LAS VEGAS—Bellagio Resort & Casino has added a healthy beverage selection to its food and beverage portfolio. The resort now serves USDA-Certified Organic, cold-pressed juices. The kale, beet, and carrot juices are gluten-free and made from organic fruits and vegetables.

“USDA Certified Organic is a global statement that elevates our commitment to organic agriculture,” said Bellagio Executive Chef Edmund Wong.

To create the juice, which is made and bottled in-house by Bellagio’s culinary team, a hydraulic press juicer slowly and carefully applies tremendous pressure to the fruits and vegetables, extracting nectar directly from the pulp. As a result of this process, a superior juice is produced without the oxidation and degradation that can be caused by blending or grinding various ingredients together. Nutrients and enzymes remain intact, high-quality plant nutrition is at its max, and the taste is fresh.

The juices, priced at $12 each, are available at Jean Philippe Patisserie, Spa Bellagio, Palio, Palio Pronto, Café Bellagio, and Café Gelato. The three flavor combinations include Balance (a mix of kale, cucumber, green apple, celery, lemon, and ginger root); Energy (a blend of beet, orange, kale, and cucumber); and Metabolize (a combination of carrot, orange, and ginger root).
