
KISSIMMEE, Florida—AHG Brokerage, LLC, announced the successful sale of the Comfort Inn & Suites Kissimmee by the Parks, a 197-key hotel located in the Walt Disney World area of Kissimmee, Florida.
Despite performance challenges at the property before the sale, AHG Brokerage structured and executed a comprehensive marketing process that repositioned the opportunity and drove competitive buyer interest.
AHG Brokerage’s national marketing platform and proprietary buyer network generated more than 100 executed non-disclosure agreements from qualified buyers, ultimately resulting in multiple competitive offers. The asset sold at 98 percent of the listing price.
The purchaser is an out-of-state investor group backed by institutional-style funding, demonstrating continued capital appetite for Florida hospitality assets with upside potential. The buyer was sourced directly through AHG Brokerage’s nationwide database, industry relationships, and strategic marketing initiatives.
