FARGO, N.D.—TMI Hospitality, Inc. announced the opening of the 91-room SpringHill Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Langhorne.
“Strong demand in the eastern part of the country provides opportunity for our company to develop exceptional properties like this SpringHill Suites,” said Rick Larson, president of TMI Hospitality, in an announcement.
The SpringHill Suites Philadelphia Langhorne is debuting new room designs and contain separate living, working, and sleeping spaces. The hotel offers an iHome docking station in every suite, a pullout sofa bed and lounge chair with ottoman, and bathrooms with marble-top vanities, iridescent tile walls, and creative lighting features.
Business travelers can take advantage of an in-room desk with ergonomic chair, two phone lines, and voice mail. Free Wi-Fi in the hotel’s lobby and high-speed Internet access in every suite allow guests to remain connected at all times.
The hotel offers business services, same-day dry cleaning, guest laundry facilities, an indoor swimming pool and whirlpool spa, fitness center, meeting room, and express checkout.

The hotel will employ approximately 30 full- and part-time staff under the leadership of general manager John George.
TMI Hospitality will open its second hotel in Pennsylvania later this year. The company owns and operates nearly 200 hotels in 25 states.
