The Refinishing Touch Named Preferred Vendor by Fairmont Raffles Hotels International

ALPHARETTA, Ga.—The Refinishing Touch, a leader in on-site, environmentally safe and cost-effective furniture asset management services for private and public organizations, has announced its preferred vendor partnership with Fairmont Raffles Hotels International (FRHI), and its contract to provide furniture asset management services to each of the hotel group’s premier locations.

FRHI encompasses three distinct brands – Fairmont Hotels and Resorts, Raffles Hotels and Resorts, and Swissôtel Hotels and Resorts – and provides travelers with access to accommodations through its 139 properties worldwide.

Through its new relationship with FRHI, The Refinishing Touch is contracted to provide its solutions to hoteliers looking to renovate guest room, lobby and conference room furniture without disposing of existing, quality assets.

By implementing The Refinishing Touch’s furniture asset management services, which include refinishing, remanufacturing, and re-upholstering through the company’s exclusive surface, hardware and Touch Textile options, hotels can save up to 80 percent in budget costs and 90 percent in carbon emissions when compared to purchasing new furniture – allowing properties to bring existing assets back to like-new condition while meeting corporate design requirements.

Our team is looking forward to the opportunity to bring cost-effective, environmentally-friendly services to the entire FRHI family of hotels, and excited by the prospect of completing more projects at Fairmont Raffles properties and franchised associates in the future.”
