Study Reveals CEO Turnover Rates

AETHOS Consulting Group has released the findings its 2015 Hotel CEO Turnover Study, revealing that 2014 experienced the lowest turnover rate since 2004. According to the report, the low turnover rate is the result of companies settling into a better economy by continuing with the same leadership. The median tenure for the CEO of a large hotel group is 7 1/2 years.

The study also shows that CEOs are traveling more frequently to learn more about running a global business, and the hotel industry continues to promote and recruit its senior leadership from within the company.
