Springhill Suites Announces West Elm Partnership

BETHESDA, Md.—SpringHill Suites by Marriott announced today a partnership with the Brooklyn-based and global home furnishings retailer West Elm. The two brands collaborated to create an exclusive assortment of furniture and accessories, designed to blend great style with multifunction. The collection is filled with pieces that are smart, handcrafted, feature modern design with a mid-century touch, and are all ideal for small space living. The new décor pieces have rolled out to lobbies at all SpringHill Suites properties across the country, while the room assortment will debut in 30 new hotels by the end of 2016, in addition to all new builds and renovation projects moving forward.The entire West Elm SpringHill Suites assortment is available now online.

The goal was to create a unique design that is functional for each of our guests to enjoy throughout their stay.”Inspired by nature and reclaimed wood, with mid-century modern touches, the SpringHill Suites “More Style for Your Stay” room assortment will feature its signature piece, the Emery Sofa + Daybed + Trundle, the versatile three-in-one sofa that marries modern function with clean lines. Covered in a durable, stain-resistant upholstery with a rustic wooden base, the Emery converts from a sofa to a daybed to a trundle bed. Other pieces include the Emery modern ottoman, a brass trimmed swivel saddle chair, a wood tray crafted from repurposed pine shipping pallets, floor, and table lamps that feature charging capabilities and custom hand-loomed pillows from artisans in India.
