Second Best Western Premier Hotel Opens in Wisconsin

PHOENIX—Best Western International continues to grow its Premier tier in North America with the debut of the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel and Convention Center in Oshkosh, Wis. This is the second Best Western Premier branded hotel to open in Wisconsin, and the 24th Premier property to open in North America.

“I am a big believer in quality and expect to offer my customers the best property in a market,” said Rich Batley, operating partner for both the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort Hotel and Conference center and the new property in Oshkosh. “I believe that the Best Western Premier brand represents the upscale hotel experience and amenities I want my hotels to be known for and my customers to experience.”

Nestled on the banks of the Fox River in downtown Oshkosh, the hotel features 176 rooms with views of the river and Lake Winnebago. The hotel is connected to the Oshkosh Convention Center which has an additional 18,000 square feet of flexible function space. Hotel amenities include free WiFi, an indoor heated pool, spa, exercise facility, and a staffed business center. The hotel’s full-service Ground Round at Rivers Edge Bar and Grill serves American-style cuisine for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
