LOS ANGELES, Calif.—Hospitality and real estate development company SBE has revealed details behind SLS Lux, an elevated SLS Hotels & Residences brand. The latest evolution of the SLS Hotels brand, SLS Lux will offer guests an all-suite and residential experience with upgraded amenities and products along with an array of personalized VIP services.
SLS Lux will debut at SLS Las Vegas on Labor Day weekend 2014 as one of three towers that comprise the lifestyle-driven, 1,600-room/suite resort and casino. A second SLS Lux property is currently under development in collaboration with the Related Group in Brickell, Miami, and will open in 2016 with a mix of luxury hotel suites and residences.

At SLS Las Vegas, SLS Lux will offer an all-suite experience designed for the Vegas consumer who demands smart luxury, heightened and customizable amenities, and exclusive access to personal concierge services. As yet another Nazarian/Philippe Starck collaboration, the SLS Lux Tower will be complemented by two other towers, SLS World and SLS Story, as well as a collection of SBE’s most popular brands, including Bazaar Meat by José Andrés, Katsuya by Starck, Cleo, Umami Burger, The Griddle Café, 800 Degrees, The Sayers Club, Life, Foxtail, and a retail experience by Fred Segal.
SLS Lux Brickell, situated in heart of one of Miami’s most vibrant business and cultural communities, marks another milestone in the collaboration between SBE and Related Group. Following the success of SLS Brickell Hotel & Residences, which sold out in less than 90 days, SBE and Related Group, along with The Allen Morris Company, have developed SLS Lux Brickell as a suite and residential offering. With 450 residences and 85 luxury suites, SLS LUX Brickell will feature a design by Yabu Pushelberg, world-class art, private residential elevators, tennis and fitness center, and a sky roof top pool, wine cellar, and cigar room, in addition to two ground floor dining experiences, Katsuya and SBar.
