San Francisco Passes Strict Short-Term Rental Legislation

    Yesterday, San Francisco passed one of the strongest restrictions on short-term rentals in the country. Now, hosts are barred from having paying guests in a room, house, or entire apartment for more than 60 days per year. The legislation passed 6-2 by the Board of Supervisors.
