Odessa, Texas—The 120-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Odessa, Texas is scheduled to open on Monday, March 25. The property will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Texas Western Hospitality of Dallas, Texas.

Residence Inn properties are designed as all-suite hotels that offer studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Rooms include work desks, ergonomic chairs, and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite also has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven, and residential-sized appliances.
The Odessa hotel also offers guests a grocery delivery service, complimentary Wi-Fi, a 24-hour onsite food and beverage market, dry cleaning services, and onsite guest laundry room. Other amenities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor fire pit, meeting room, and a fitness center featuring Precor equipment and televisions.
