DENVER—Stonebridge Companies has announced the development of a Residence Inn in Boulder, Colo. Construction on the project, located at 2550 Canyon Boulevard, adjacent to Village Shopping Center, began recently and the hotel is anticipated to open late 2017.
Boulder has experienced significant employment growth and the area is in need of quality, extended-stay accommodations. The centrally located Residence Inn is one mile from the University of Colorado and Folsom Field, and two miles from restaurants and retail on the Pearl Street Mall. Google is significantly expanding its presence in Boulder.
