Radisson Hotel San Diego-Rancho Bernardo Completes Renovation

SAN DIEGO—Radisson has announced the completion of a yearlong, $4.5 million renovation of the Radisson Hotel San Diego – Rancho Bernardo.

“We are in the final stages of a brand-wide renovation, aimed at refreshing the Radisson portfolio across our more than 150 hotels in the Americas and this hotel is reflects the work we are doing to update our hotels,” said Javier Rosenberg, chief operating officer, Radisson, Americas. “We are on track to have the entire portfolio completed by 2015, making Radisson one of the most refreshed hotel brands in North America.”

The hotel’s newly completed renovation includes all 175 guestrooms, the lobby, business center, fitness center, restaurant, and meeting space. The guestrooms were completely re-done and include new furniture, paint, wall décor, carpet, and enhanced lighting.

The lobby received a new stone floor and carpet, modern furniture, and contemporary accents. A reclaimed wooden table top was installed within the lobby creating a new business center.

The renovation project also included the addition of the new C3 Restaurant and Bar. The restaurant features a new bar seating area, four flat screen TVs as well as new menu items from Chef Shane Dustin prepared with fresh, local ingredients. Local craft beers from Stone Brewing Company have also been added.
