Orlando World Center Marriott Adds to Siro: Urban Italian Kitchen Team

sirochefOrlando World Center Marriott has announced the appointment of Kyle Anderson as Chef de Cuisine at Siro: Urban Italian Kitchen to its culinary team.

Anderson comes to Orlando World Center Marriott with 8 years of culinary expertise having gained perspective training in various kitchens from Texas and Georgia to Florida, and having devoted 5 years under Alain Ducasse protégé chef, Kenneth Juran, as Sous Chef at the helm of Cascade American Bistro and La Coquina at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress in Orlando, Fla. Additionally, over the course of his career, Anderson has achieved distinguished honors and awards, such as becoming an Inspiration Chef Challenge Winner, provided by General Mills.
