New York Restricts Airbnb Ads

    On Friday, a bill penalizing Airbnb users who advertise some short-term rentals in New York City passed both houses of the Legislature and will move to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s desk. Under the legislation, renters cannot advertise homesharing in multi-family units in New York City for less than 30 days without hefty fines. Read more here.
