New Fairfield Inn & Suites Nashville to Feature City’s First Hotel Rooftop Lounge

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn.—Chattanooga-based Vision Hospitality Group, Inc. recently opened the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Nashville Downtown at the Gulch, which will feature the city’s first hotel rooftop lounge.

The eight-story hotel includes 126 modern guestrooms and suites, over 1,000 sq. ft. of meeting space and an indoor whirlpool. With direct access to I-24 and I-65, the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott is also located in the Gulch neighborhood, within walking distance of local shops and restaurants and near Nashville’s Music Row.

The design will offer a rooftop experience that is unique to Nashville. Up, a Rooftop Lounge is the independent bar on the top floor of the hotel, and will feature a specialty tapas menu, intimate atmosphere and panoramic views of the city. The lounge is slated to open in December.

The Gulch is known for its commitment to environmental responsibility, becoming an official LEED certified Green Neighborhood in 2009. In keeping with the characteristics of the neighborhood, the Fairfield Inn & Suites will pursue LEED certification. Vision President & CEO Mitch Patel explained that this new hotel will be both an exceptional addition to the company’s portfolio and a “unique contribution to the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott brand.”
