Cleveland, Ohio—The former Keller Inn & Suites is now a Lexington Inn & Suites, part of Vantage Hospitality Group.
“Lexington is a great brand for this property,” said David Rains, general manager of the hotel, in an announcement. “The corporate team is very attentive and always available. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for a while and I’ve never seen this level of interaction from another brand.”
The hotel features 91 guestrooms and executive suites as well as a business center and meeting room that can accommodate small groups. Included on the property is a heated indoor pool, fitness center with Star Trac cardio equipment, and complimentary wireless Internet access in all guest rooms and public areas.
“If the city of Effingham is a crossroad of opportunity, then this Lexington Inn and Suites is situated to prosper,” said Bill Hanley, group president of the Lexington Collection of Inns, Hotels and Suites. “Not only are they ideally located, but they have an outstanding management team that understands how to use the Vantage resources to continually increase revenue and reservations. We’re honored to have them in the system.”
Hanley expects Lexington to add at least 15 properties in 2012. The Lexington brands currently include 25 properties either in the system or under development throughout the United States and China.
