Is Apple Leisure Group Up for Grabs?

    Executives from two travel companies have reportedly received queries asking if they are interested in information regarding the acquisition of Apple Leisure Group. Last week, Reuters reported that Apple Leisure was exploring a sale that could value more than $1.5 billion from Chinese companies. Bain Capital Private Equity, owner of Apple Leisure, has allegedly received interest from China’s HNA Group and Fosun Group. Apple Leisure owns 30,000 rooms in 234 hotels, primarily concentrated in suburban areas. To read more, click here.
