CHICAGO—A new hotel triplex will open in the River North neighborhood of Chicago this week and will include an Aloft Chicago City Center, Fairfield Inn and Suites Chicago Downtown/River North, and Hyatt Place Chicago/River North.
The project is a partnership between real estate developers Friedman Properties and White Lodging, and hotel brands Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Marriott International and Hyatt. White Lodging will manage the three hotel properties.

The LEED certified Aloft Chicago City Center offers 272 rooms with signature platform beds, 42″ LCD Flat-Panel televisions, spacious bathrooms, Bliss Spa bath amenities, and nine-foot ceilings. The hotel will also feature a fitness center, grab-and-go pantry, a a w xyz bar. The Fairfield Inn and Suites Downtown Chicago/River North will offer 180 rooms and suites with sleeper sofas, microwaves, and refrigerators. The hotel will include free Wi-Fi, a 24/7 Corner Market, fitness center, and same-day dry cleaning and laundry facilities. The LEED-certified Hyatt Place Chicago/River North offers 212 guestrooms, a 24-hour Stay Fit fitness center, a 24/7 Gallery Menu, and complimentary a.m. Kitchen Skillet.
