Hotel Equities to Open Custom Houston Four Points Hotel

HOUSTON—Atlanta-based Hotel Equities plans to open the Four Points Houston Energy Corridor, a new member of the Marriott family brand of hotels, in west Houston on October 4.

The 134-key full service property is located at 18861 Katy Freeway in Houston and features 3,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. Hotel Equities serves as the management company for the hotel that is owned by OM Hospitality. Gary Shultz is the general manager and Donnisha Spicer serves as the director of sales.

“We are excited to open our first Four Points hotel and further expand our firm’s presence in the greater Houston area,” said Joe Reardon, SVP of business development and marketing for Hotel Equities. “Applying our best-in-class leadership and award-winning hospitality, the hotel is poised for success and will ramp up quickly in this high-demand area.”

The Four Points Houston Energy Corridor stands in close proximity to the offices of BP America, CITGO Petroleum, Conoco Phillips, Exxon Mobil Chemical, and 300 multi-national, national, and local companies.

“Both business and leisure guests will enjoy the hotel’s convenient location, stylish comfort and our brand’s popular amenities,” said Schultz. “We look forward to hosting a variety of gatherings in our well-equipped meeting space.”

Amenities include an indoor heated pool, 24-hour fitness center, business center and The Platform Grill, the on-site restaurant serving breakfast and dinner. Guests can enjoy the brand’s Best Brews and BBQ, including local beers and seasonal BBQ-style appetizers at the hotel lounge C2H60.
